The electricity consumption of air compressing system occupies around 8%-10% of industrial energy consumption. The national electricity consumption of air compressor is around 2260 billion kW?h/a, in which the effective energy consumption only occupies 66% and the rest 34% energy (around 768.4 billion kW?h/a) is wasted; so the energy saving of air compressing system can't wait to be effectively implemented. Large amounts of data show that the main costs of air compressing system are consumed in the running process. During its life cycle, the running fee (electricity fee) proportion reaches up to 78%-92%. So it is an issue for every enterprise to face that how to enhance the efficiency of energy consumption by meticulous administration and further tapping into energy consumption. According to the mass of production data got by on-site investigation and test, combined with engineering experience, most of air compressing system have the higher energy consumption when they are running, whose main reasons are as below:
1. The efficiency of equipment is too low.
2. The air supply pressure is not reasonable.
3. The energy is wasted.
